• Lead the modernization of the legacy PHP codebase of an Italian healthcare-booking platform (formerly CupSolidale).
• Manage the production architecture, running the platform's services on Docker Swarm and continuously improving reliability and performance.
• Design and build public REST APIs that let partner companies integrate the platform's booking services.
• Built an automated ticketing pipeline processing ~20,000 tickets/month, cutting manual back-office work by ~20%.
• Developed the smart-search and recommendation model that matches non-standard service names and symptoms to the correct medical service.
• Built a customer-facing chatbot, an AI phone assistant, and internal RAG tooling (Elasticsearch, Pinecone) as part of applied-AI R&D.

• Sole developer for Furider, a last-mile delivery rider-rental startup: Angular web platforms, MySQL database design and management, and the riders' Flutter app.
• Re-architected order dispatch with AWS Lambda functions that assign incoming orders to online riders in real time.
• Extended the rider app with order management, suggested delivery routes, and photo or signature proof of delivery.
• Delivered a complete Flutter + Firebase app for a terrarium retailer: product catalogue, step-by-step care tutorials, and an integrated lux meter to validate terrarium placement.

Built and shipped three corporate mobile applications using Flutter: a warehouse management app, a leads and clients management app, and a network scanning app that discovers printers and retrieves device information.
