Lemmon

A minimal flashcard app with rich text, visual equation editing, and offline study.

I built Lemmon because I wanted a more pleasant way to create and study flashcards than Anki Web offered me. Its rich text editor combines formatting, images, and editable mathematical formulas with visual input, LaTeX source, and notation templates. Decks, tag suggestions, and card previews keep the material organized, while scheduled reviews and a separate practice mode support everyday study. After loading decks online, I can also review them offline and synchronize the results when I reconnect. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Convex, Better Auth, Tiptap, MathLive, KaTeX, and Vercel Blob, Lemmon takes its name from lemon and lemma: a playful identity for a tool shaped around mathematical study.
